Ensures effective workflow within Disease Specific Programs. Acts as a nutrition resource for community and physicians. Evaluates, assesses plans, charts in patient's medical record and implements patient's nutritional care. Complies with all nutrition standards of practice. Pursues optimal standards of quality care and customer satisfaction. Maintains above goal Press Ganey scores and trends quarterly.
- Require a minimum of one (1) year of dietetics experience.
- Require Licensed Dietitian within six (6) months of employment, or after RD status obtained.
- Require a Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics or related field.
- Require active membership in professional dietetic associations at a local and national level.
