As the Virtual Events Manager, you will manage and own our pipeline-generating and pipeline-accelerating virtual events programs. Partnering with the Sales and the broader Marketing team, you'll be the owner of all internally virtually hosted (and sponsored) events. You will align closely with sales to define and scale programs that will drive new business and increase customer expansion.



What you'll do:



  • Own the Virtual Events strategy across the organization, and work collaboratively across marketing and sales leadership to establish the strategy of our Virtual Events Marketing efforts in each region, including goals alignment, channels, and tactics that will drive the agreed upon pipeline and revenue goals

  • Own the Virtual Events calendar - establish the events nationally of all priority activities across virtual events, including sponsored virtual events opportunities

  • Ideate, plan and execute end-to-end virtual events management

  • Drive Demand and Pipeline - drive meaningful opportunity creation and pipeline acceleration with each event / activation in close collaboration with Sales Leadership

  • Build Customer Love - engage directly with our customers to bring them into virtual events and amplify their voices on the work they are doing with our target audience

  • Advise on digital platforms and functionalities to improve the employee engagement

  • Manage online registrations, follow-up activities and communication with registrants


If you have some or all of the following, please apply:



  • 3+ years of events or field marketing experience in B2B technology sector, ideally SaaS

  • Experience with large enterprise buyers (5K+ employees), ideally in HR and Talent

  • Experience crafting, implementing, and leading virtual events in support of B2B demand generation and pipeline creation, and ability to independently pull reporting on program performance to drive business decision (Experience using Salesforce)

  • Deep experience organizing and executing digital events and large-sized webinars

  • Comfort with a start-up environment that requires agility and the ability to adapt

  • Ability to run multiple projects, identify risks and opportunities along with outstanding skills to consistently set and meet deadlines, prioritize or re-prioritize, and efficiently engage resources

  • Proven track record of managing an enterprise working budget

At BetterUp, we compensate our employees fairly for their work. Base salary is determined by job-related experience, education/training, residence location, as well as market indicators. The range below is representative of base salary only and does not include equity, sales bonus plans (when applicable) and benefits. This range may be modified in the future.



The base salary range for this role is $93,050– $157,950.



If you live in New York, the base salary range for this role is:

$105,300 – $157,950 : New York City

$99,100– $148,650 : Nassau, Newburgh

$93,050 – $139,550 : Albany, Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse
