The Project Manager is responsible for the operational and financial success of the projects assigned under their responsibility. A few primary measures of success are as follows:

Primary Responsibilities:
o Project Management responsibilities include contract administration, cost control, subcontractor negotiations, project buyout, project scheduling, MEPF coordination, safety administration, document control, RFI and submittal review and administration, TCO and CO acquisition, and project closeout.
o Preconstruction responsibilities include estimating, budget control, design coordination, schedule and constructability review, value engineering, product selections, and owner coordination.
o Review key project financial, team, owner, schedule, and subcontractor issues with Senior Project Manager.
o Responsible for the oversight and completion of the day to day project progression.
o Effective use of the project reporting tools, forecasting tools, standards, procedures, processes, controls.

o Keep the project and team on the path toward the goals, strategies, and objectives of the project.
o Maintain open and positive relationships with clients through regularly scheduled meetings and address their concerns.
o Teach others that may be working with you; and be responsible for their effectiveness in interacting with the team (Example being support/review of their work prior to sending out).
o Effectively manage risk associated with multiple contract types
o Manage multiple projects

Qualifications:
o Bachelor"s degree or related experience
o Min. 5 years of experience in Project Management leading and managing people
o Thorough knowledge of commercial, healthcare, education or multi-family construction
o Strong leadership skills
o Ability to work in multiple software platforms efficiently
o Ability to travel frequently in and out of state
o Ability to temporarily relocate for a project if needed
o Covid 19 vaccination is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
