ESSENTIAL DUTIES: (This is not an exhaustive list of all duties/responsibilities. Other duties may be assigned)

  • Connect clients with community resources (i.e. housing, food stamps, insurance, social security, etc.)

  • Advocate for benefits on behalf of client

  • Provide a variety of life skills training to clientele

  • Work collaboratively with treatment team



QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • BA degree in social work, behavioral health, or related field

  • Two years of experience with individuals with severe or persistent mental illness, or alcohol and drug dependency

  • Or a combination of education and related work experience

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Appropriate state licensure

  • Successful completion of background check

  • Customer services and detail oriented

  • Understanding of evidence-based practices including group counseling skills, one-on-one counseling skills, treatment planning, assessments, and referrals



Preferred:

  • Bilingual/multilingual

  • Experience with electronic medical records and telemedicine
