Oregon Medical Group is interested in speaking with MAs directly out of their externship all the way up to Senior-level MAs with years of experience.
The wage range for this position is$19.09- $22.02 . We also offer a $2,000 sign-on bonus to all new MAs, excellent benefits , and some of the best coworkers and work environment you'll find in your career!

- Center for Women's Health:
- 32 hours/week; M-F 8:00am-5:00pm with rotating day off.
- 40 hours/week; M-F 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Country Club Road:
- 40 hours/week;M-F 7:45am-4:45pm (Endocrinology).
- Crescent Medical Clinic:
- 40 hours/week; M/T/W/F 7:00am-6:00pm.
- After Hours Clinic:
- 24hours/week; Sat-Sun 8:00am-6:00pm, either Mon or Fri 5pm-9pm.
- Crescent NOW:
- 40 hours/week; M/T/W/Th 10:00am-8:00pm.
- Garden Way Medical Clinic:
- 40 hours/week; 4 10-hour days 7:00am-6:00pm, day off negotiable.
- 40 hours/week; 5 8-hour days 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Gateway Medical Clinic:
- 40 hours/week; M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (OMM).
- Northside Medical Clinic:
- 40 hours/week; M-F4 10-hour days with rotating day off.
- 40 hours/week;M-F4 10-hour days with rotating day off, occasional 5 8-hour days.
- Southtowne Medical Clinic:
- 40 hours/week; M-F can be 4 10-hour days 7:00am-5:30pm or 5 8-hour days 8am-5pm.
- West Eugene Medical Clinic:
- 40 hours/week;4 10-hour days with rotating day off.
- Westmoreland Medical Clinic
- 40 hours/week;M-F 7:30am-5:30pm with one half day off weekly.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- MA certification from the AAMA, NCCT, NHA, or RMA, OR the ability to obtain certification within 60 days of hire date
- Healthcare provider level CPR certification required - classes available upon hire
- Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential requirement of this role. Oregon Medical Group will adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination prior to employment to ensure compliance.
- Skill in taking vital signs, maintaining medical records & recording test results
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with physicians, patients, and coworkers
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations
- Must be flexible, a quick learner, and able to multi-task
- Prepares patients for examination and treatment and documents chief complaints.
- Obtains patient histories and vital signs and records accurately in the Electronic Medical Record.
- Assists with patient exams, procedures and collection of specimens as assigned.
- Retrieves laboratory and radiology test results and instructs patients regarding medications and treatment per physicians instructions.
- Understands and interprets current immunization schedule. Administers injections safely.
- Stocks supplies and prepares exam rooms and instruments for examinations, testing or minor surgeries.
- Responds to incoming phone calls and refers if necessary. Calls patients as necessary to follow up and/or schedule appointments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
