Non-profit organization URGENTLY hiring a Registered Nurse 


This organization is a regional, private, not-for-profit 501(c)3 agency that provides a continuum of services designed to strengthen families and promote individual well-being.  They are seeking a self-driven Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee two main locations. -Community-based counseling (counseling clinics, in-home counseling, day treatment)

This position is Monday- Friday, daytime hour shifts. 3 days in La Crosse and 2 days in BRF. Mileage Reimbursement will be provided and competitive agency benefits will be offered!


Responsibilities Include:



  • Medication management, administration (including injections), and education to CSP clients

  • Provide medical expertise and consultation to CSP team

  • Coordinate with CSP psychiatrists and other medical professionals and pharmacies

  • Provide basic medical care (including BP screening, BMI, weight, heart rate monitoring, foot checks, blood sugar monitoring, etc.) and health education to CSP clients

  • Provide care for adult clients in their homes and in the community

What qualifies you?



  • Current RN license in good standing, but a 4-year degree is not required

  • Mental health experience preferred

  • Staff must be comfortable providing services to clients in the community

  • Must have reliable form of transportation, local travel is required

  • Applicant must be friendly, personable, and professional

  • A solid work ethic, and a high level of professionalism

  • Multitask and prioritize time

  • Display a high level of professionalism

  • Have a social work ethic and go the extra mile
