About the team:

We are dedicated to ensuring that the data migration effort of every project is scoped, designed, and executed to meet the needs of our clients and partners. We are very organized, highly capable, and integral to the success of each implementation effort. We work hard and we like to have fun while we do it.

What you will be doing:

• Facilitates weekly status meetings working through issue management and resolution
• Maintains status reports, issue and action logs, project plans and documentation
• Processes change requests as required
• Works to facilitate 3rd party integration as needed
• Manages technical activities
• Facilitates technical questionnaire, manages challenges and issues
• Facilitates technical call, ensuring technical analysts are available to answer questions as needed
• Facilitates and manages project milestones
• Product definition, gathers business requirements and translates to configuration development and scope
• Delivers validation reports and procures project acceptance
• Provides implementation-conversion support - works with project stakeholders to ensure testing and validation occurs and that the migration effort is on-track to meet standards
• Other related duties assigned as needed
   

What you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
• Communicates ideas and concepts both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise and professional manner
• Requires good working knowledge of FIS systems, specifically ImageCentre, as well as the industries in which FIS competes for business, primarily Banking
• Ability to understand and apply concepts
• Ability to handle project commensurate with job expectations
• Ability to analyze and solve problems using learned techniques and tools
• Requires human relations, negotiation and documentation skills
• Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally as well as externally
• Flexibility, versatility, dependability
• Requires high level of organizational skill
• Ability to work under pressure, while also able to multi-task
• Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously
