Systems: Epic
Schedule: 8 Hour Days, 7:30am-4:00pm, 8-9hr Days: 7:30/8a-4/5pm
Expected Hours per Week: 40hrs/wk (potential to exceed 40hrs - all patients must be addresses before end of day/shoft
Length of Assignment: 13wks
Estimated Start Date: 10/10/2022

Credentials or License: Required Certifications: WI License. Required Education: 4yr Degree in SW or Human Services Program
