Job Summary:

Members of the school's coaching staff serve under the Director of Athletics, and are responsible for daily practices and games during the Fall season

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively supports the mission and charism of the School; demonstrates an understanding of and enthusiasm for secondary education, for girls education, and for Catholic education
• Upholds the philosophy and policies of the School's athletic program
• Plans and implements practice plans and schedule
• Selects students for participation
• Works collaboratively with other members of the coaching staff and the wider athletic program
• Serves as supervising staffer for students during all team activities, both on and off-campus

Job Requirements:

• Experience in specified field, as a coach, participant, or administrator
• Experience in interscholastic/collegiate athletics preferred
• Strong organizational skills, oral communication skills, proficient in internet

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move around campus and into several non-ADA compliant buildings
• Ability to safely lift and carry 25-pound loads
• Ability to talk; ability to stand for extended periods of time
• This position will require travel to off-campus sites for practices and competition
