TEMP TO PERMANENT POSITION
Temporary to cover a maternity leave, most likely will be permanent.
Administrative assistant in chiropractic business office. Varied duties including administrative and front office. No healthcare or chiropractic experience required, we will train.
15-25 hours per week, flexible days/hours. Willing to work with you to develop a schedule that best meets your needs.
This position primarily supports the business office. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Faxing, filing, mailing
- Data entry
- Drafting correspondence
- Answering phones / scheduling appointments
- Supporting and covering the front office as needed
If you want to learn medical billing - we can teach you!
Requirements include:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word
- Attention to detail very important
- Professional demeanor
- Ability to “switch gears” and pitch in where needed
- Minimum of 2 years administrative/office experience (medical not required)
Good to know:
- Bilingual not required but a huge plus
