Job Description:
Provide internal expertise and guidance in defining, translating, and using global talent management strategy and talent portfolio
Implement talent programs that you helped design and develop, showing talent reviews, performance management, succession management, talent movement, career development, leadership developement, and talent models that result in creating a strong professional environment that is effiecient enough to support market expansion and new indications
Coordinate the performance management cycle, system, performance evaluation, and effective use of the company system
Review talent management practices to help future development programs that help employees improve, grow, and develop within their role or future roles
Execute and lead the drive to hitting milestones in a timely manner, completion of key initiatives strengthening employee value proposition
Drive consistency in talent maangement activities in conjuction with the business cycle to improve experience and execution
Ensure DEI initiatives are in place and used appropriately as a critical element of performance, talent, and leadership training programs
Collaborate to collect data from performance and talent groups to translate into insights and drive action
Assist in the development of tools by using metrics to present the impact generated from activities through analytics and data-driven insights.
Continuously adapt global talent management, programs, and initiatives using analytics and data-driven insights to support changing business needs, market conditions, and organizational maturity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Business Administration is acceptable, Masters is preferred
8 years HR experience within talent management and performance management with at least 3 years of experience in an HRBP-type or business-facing HR position.
2+ years leading HR teams
Global experience within a matrixed organization preferred
