Oversees staff and milk lab operations. Effectively recruits and retains employees in the enteral nutrition / milk labs. Coordinates schedules, trains, and applies corporate, hospital, and milk lab policies. Manages ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Promotes a team-oriented and service-conscious environment. Ensures enteral nutrition personnel compliance with accreditation standards, as well as with federal and state laws and regulations related to enteral nutrition / human milk safety.

* Associate's Degree is required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
* Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience.
* Requires credentialed as a Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). If DTR credential is not held, a bachelor's degree in a nutrition related field becomes required.
* Requires ServeSafe Manager Certification within 3 months of hire.
* Requires successful completion of Formula / Human Milk Technician Certification with 1 year of hire.
* Requires basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
