Headquartered in Rochester, MN, Voca and our recruiters work nationally supporting accounts as Mayo Clinic, Mount Sinai, New York Health and Hospitals, Atrium Health, United Health Services, M Health Fairview, and many others! Our team is experiencing sustained growth and have the need for additional full time team members, we are looking for talented, experienced recruiters that want a work / life balance by working remote while also having the dedication and desire for excellence.



  • Fully remote.

  • Uncapped commission.

  • Ability to earn up to 20% commission on your total bi-weekly gross margin.

  • Straight forward commission calculations, no commission holds on placements.

  • Earning potential for motivated recruiters of $200k+ annually within the first 18 to 24 months.

Position



  • Recruit qualified candidates through warm calls from passive job applications and active recruiting from job boards and networking with candidates.

  • Utilize recruiting tools that will be provided by Voca as a recruiting expert.

  • Full life cycle recruiting from sourcing through onboarding stage.

  • Manage contractors after they begin their assignment working onsite with the client.

  • Negotiate pay packages with candidates based on client bill rate, expectations, education, and market rates.

  • Develop and utilize creative recruiting strategies to include social media, networking, internet, recruiting databases, professional organizations, etc.

  • Communicate with team members to share ideas, information, best practices, etc.

  • Edit and proofread candidate resumes prior to client submissions.


Compensation Package and



  • Base salary plus commission, no commission cap.

  • Voca will pay up to 20% commission on Gross Margin.

  • Monday-Friday 7 : 45 (your time zone)

  • Recruiter meeting every morning.
