We are a fitness startup poised to launch a concept that will change the landscape of full service fitness in Manhattan. Our first facility is currently being built. Our team has a strong track record of success in the industry.
We are seeking a dynamic leader to take charge of our sales and marketing efforts. You should have experience in direct sales and in managing a team of direct salespeople. The ideal candidate will have fitness industry experience and a strong network of contacts in the industry.
Responsibilities include:
Formulate and implement pre-sale sales and marketing strategies.
Assist the management team in the recruitment of key managers.
Developing sales presentations and strategies.
Developing and writing procedural manuals.
Assist in the selection, deployment and management of reporting systems and software.
Recruiting, training and developing a sales team.
Manage the execution of a marketing plan.
Day to day management of a direct sales team including coaching and mananging by the numbers.
