Position Summary:

This role manages people operations for our Corporate Functions HR business partner (HRBP) including the planning, coordination and implementation of the full range of people activities related to talent development, early talent programs, team effectiveness & engagement and resource planning & talent analytics. The HR Manager will work closely with HR business partner, as well as managers and employees across the Corporate Functions to:

Primary Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Corporate Functions HRBP in managing talent planning initiatives, including talent reviews, succession & development planning, survey results and listening networks.
  • Manage the timelines and high-level communication plans for manager-facing processes: annual talent review process, headcount planning processes, annual compensation process, etc.
  • Coordinate talent programs including aggregating programs and organizing timelines to ensure a cohesive and coordinate experience for leaders and employees.
  • Partner with COEs to understand upcoming program timelines and work with HRBP to coordinate and manage timelines and input needed
  • Support on-going reporting needs and in partnership with HR Analytics leader, expand the use of talent analytics to improve HR effectiveness and business outcomes
  • In partnership with HR services team, serve as point person for ensuring organizational/job changes are reflected in Workday
  • Identify opportunities and solutions for process improvement based on ongoing feedback from the business


Qualifications and Skills Required:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of increasing responsibility in progressive HR, talent management or related experience
  • Effective written, verbal communication, listening and facilitation skills; proactively communicates, and modulates communication to different audiences from employee to executive.
  • Proactive and flexible approach with the ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others and build strong, collaborative relationships and networks. Ability to work with executive leaders, providing exceptional customer service results.
  • Proven analytical, prioritizing, problem-solving, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills with the ability to handling competing priorities, probe, analyze and problem-solve issues with minimal guidance.
  • Able to operate independently, understanding when to escalate issues
  • High degree of proficiency in MS Office and Workday
