  • As Senior Manager of US Marketing, AKT Inhibition, within the US Breast Cancer Franchise, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives.
  • This position is based ON SITE at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters for the US Oncology and the Oncology Business Unit. The Gaithersburg site offers various amenities to help boost efficiency and help keep our employees happy and healthy.
  • This includes a fitness center, employee healthcare clinic, electric vehicle charging stations, dry cleaning, a full-service cafeteria, state-of-the-art on-campus Daycare facility, and copy center.
  • This is where you ll find newly-designed, activity-based workspaces to suit a variety of working styles while strengthening collaboration between teams.
  • As Senior Manager of US Marketing, AKT Inhibition , you will be responsible for leading key elements of the US execution plan to prepare for the launch of a new AKT Inhibition product anticipated to enter the US market in the next several years.
  • You will work closely with the HCP strategy lead to develop and implement a robust promotional plan, to be implemented through both personal and non-personal channels.
  • In this role, you will also partner closely with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders including the Global, Insights & Analytics, Medical, Diagnostics, Managed Markets, and other relevant teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
  • At least 3 years of oncology marketing or related experience (US and/or global)
  • Exhibit high capability at working collaboratively, thinking strategically
  • Comprehensive understanding of drug development and commercialization process
  • Proven competency in marketing, both HCP and Consumer
  • MBA in relevant field
  • Experience in US marketing within Oncology
  • Experience in Breast Cancer
  • Direct people management experience
