The Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler plays a key role in the management of the labor budget and is a partner to the management team in ensuring the Nursing and Personal Care departments are staffed in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines. The Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler is responsible for scheduling staff to meet facility, state, and federal requirements
