They have been around for almost 10 years and have an international presence. They are currently in a high growth mode as they expand into the US.

• Implementing HR strategies relating to organizational design, learning & development, performance management, talent assessment & more
• Implementing KPIs
• Acting as Business Partner to the President
• Develop & implement employee engagement activities
• Assist with Training
• Work with Managers on performance reviews and coaching conversations

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication

• Base salary of up to $100,000 ( based upon level of experience)
