As the Head o Consumer Marketing you will:
What you’ll do:
- Overseeing all of marketing for consumer business
- Develop channel strategy across web CRO, email, social, partnerships, paid; launch, measure insights; resource allocate accordingly
- Responsible for storytelling; product marketing and consumer brand
- Liaison with brand and growth teams where makes sense
- Recruit and lead a team of skilled performance marketers to drive marketing strategy, campaign ideation, execution, and analysis, continually raising the bar on technical and analytical skills
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to build drive product roadmap
- Lead rapid experimentation of new channels, campaigns, creative, incentives, and approaches for the purpose of building scalable solutions
- Report key findings to the executive team on a recurring basis
- Be an industry thought leader and take part in shaping the future of performance marketing roles
If you have some or all of the following, please apply:
- 7-10 years minimum of working in a digital marketing role at a high growth consumer company
- Experience owning, managing and/or closely partnering with multiple marketing channels; paid, organic, social, email; as well as experience or interest in storytelling/brand; product marketing
- Deep analytics background and a high degree of proficiency with rigorous data tools
- Ability to synthesize, analyze and interpret data (including KPI reports) and transfer into actionable steps
- Proven track record of building out and managing successful teams
