Overview
As a Product Manager at Mobile Health, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our product features and systems meet the high standard and expectation. You will be focused on helping improve the client, patient, and partner experiences that power Mobile Health core business.

Overview
As a Product Manager at Mobile Health, you will be responsible for driving product initiatives from inception through execution. In this role you will collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineers, operations, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional team members within the organization to ensure that our product features and systems meet the high standard and expectation. You will be focused on helping improve the client, patient, and partner experiences that power Mobile Health core business.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Essential duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Define project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Drive the end-to-end implementation from initial planning to launch coordinating across functions to align on shared goals and approaches.
- Communicate understanding of functionality and communicate through clear, technical user stories. Define product requirements coordinating and synthesizing across internal stakeholders including engineering, sales, operations, and customer service.
- Own the product roadmap and strategy for your set of features and systems ensuring alignment to business objectives. Be transparent about your prioritization and roadmap process presenting the evidence behind decisions. Be able to answer the why of your decision making in ways that stakeholders will understand.
- Maintain market awareness, follow emerging trends, shifts and technologies. Identify new and evolving products and service opportunities. Find ways in which we can improve our processes across product and development lifecycle, create buy-in and implement them.
- Provide product knowledge and subject matter expertise to client facing teams and customers on capabilities and features of solution. Assist with the creation and delivery of product training for client facing teams.
- Collect user feedback internally and externally throughout the product lifecycle.
- Natural Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate on problems and brainstorm solutions with teams of diverse thinkers.
- Structured thinking: you can make order out of chaos. You naturally organize the world around you.
- Bias to action: you can work creatively to get unblocked independently.
- Business judgement: you can understand a complex business model, the strategy and objectives and align to the technical roadmap.
- Adaptability: you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can react quickly to shifting priorities while thinking ahead to minimize thrash.
- Proven experience with 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role.
- Bachelor s degree in business, marketing, or computer science.
- Healthcare experience and understanding of the industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience working in an Agile environment. Scrum certification strongly preferred.
