Per Diem opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner (N. P.) or Physician Assistant (P. A.) in our Medical Command Center. Fast-paced environment handling in bound phone calls from employees with potential Covid exposure, Covid symptomatic, or Covid positive.
Includes handling exposure tracing and triaging. Also responsible for conducting Covid testing for employees (average 10 - 20 tests / swabs per day).
Hous will vary depending on provider ability and community positivity levels, but hours of operation are Sun-Sat, 8 am - 5 pm.
A not-for-profit organization, located in the Southern Tier of Upstate New York with Primary and Specialty Care offices in many locations throughout Broome, Chenango, Delaware.
