Cusomter Service Manager Downers Grove, IL AmeriPro Roofing is now hiring a Customer Service Manager to lead our Customer Account Management team!? This position is On-Site at our Corporate Building in Downers Grove, IL.? The leader of this division will take ownership of guiding and developing a professional team of customer service representatives.  This individual will lead the team as they continue AmeriPro Roofing's relentless commitment to our customers.  The Customer Service Manager will utilize a hands on, professional, and customer-service oriented approach to ensure consistent and effective resolution of escalated customer requests.  The manager will will have a continuous improvement mindset to develop solutions, refine process to influence a positive customer experience.  The ideal candidate for this position possesses these core competencies; problem solving, continuous learning, Initiative, adaptability, results Orientation, and values orientation    Responsibilities:  Direct the implementation of daily operations regarding the Customer Service area.  Maintains and improves contact center operations by analyzing data, monitoring Key Performance Indicators, identifying opportunities, developing action plans for resolution while driving productivity, quality, and high service standards.  Communicate procedures and policies to AmeriPro' s branches across the country.  Ensures operational compliance in all areas and quickly communicates and actions a plan with all concerned parties with respect to non-compliance issues. Hire, train, coach and develop customer service reps to ensure process execution  Oversee and manage a budget. Build relationships with operations, IT, Recruiting and other department heads  Qualifications:  Minimum 4-5 years of experience Customer service Management preferred  Previous experience working for 200MM company or more preferred Expanded or developed a customer service team and technology  Understands all aspects of phone metrics and recordings  Coaching and mentoring to our expectations  Working effectively with our team in a reliable manner.
