OWN IT (we really want you to!)
Our Account Managers are the nucleus of Mobile Health. Why? Because everything we do to surprise and delight our clients comes from your expert handling of our accounts. You will have a high-profile relationship with our clients, develop strategies to meet their needs, and be a driving force for good. You’ll be working on strategic planning, day-to-day management, and be directly responsible for the overall success of our relationships with the clients who we call friends.
WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE
If you’re currently an account manager – in any industry – you know that your day is all about advocating internally for your client, and advocating externally for your company. You’re managing the marriage between what we offer and what your client’s need. It’s hard to summarize that in bullets, but HR requires us to J. So here goes:
- Seamlessly interface and gain the trust of individuals at all levels and lead the internal team through implementations, marketing, campaigns, re-selling to client’s employer accounts, and expansion of the existing relationship. (AKA, be their best friend. Our clients are great people, you’ll be inspired to work hard for them.)
- You’ll have frequent interaction with Mobile Health’s Senior Leadership team and other critical Mobile Health staff to keep the entire team apprised of strategies and tactical developments. (AKA, we will surround you with all the help you need to make you successful.)
- Develop and present compelling business cases to senior executives of client companies; consultatively identify and confirm the issues and problems that clients are facing and construct a unique, compelling value proposition that is ROI/performance-based. (AKA, present smart solutions that give people what they need.)

WORK ANYWHERE
This is a remote position with eastern standard working hours. We’ll give you all the technology, paper clips, and monitors you need to be successful. You’ll be expected to occasionally travel to meet with your clients (you’d want to anyway, right!?!).

- Grow market share with a focus on industry verticals requiring occupational health services across the country

SKILL SET vs. PRIOR EXPERIENCE
We’re all about looking for the right people. If you have the Account Management skill set, but have never worked in healthcare, that’s ok! We want you to apply! Account Managers with a few year’s experience, especially in healthcare, are great.
