What YOU will do:
- Overseeing the work of all CSRs to ensure they work productively
- Oversee Accounts Receivable
- Oversee weekly payroll
- Oversee Maintenance Membership Plans
- Oversee Financing Programs
- CSR Training and Development (make sure they are following company protocol)
- Answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients and directing them to relevant staff
- Onboarding of new hires
- Interviewing and training new office employees and organizing their employment paperwork
- Maintain pace reporting to ensure call goals meet budgeted revenue targets
- Reporting office progress to senior management and working with them to improve office operations and procedures
What YOU bring:
- Previous office management experience
- Service Titan experience
- Strong attention to details
- Conscientious, team player
- Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
- Clear background check and drug screen
