As a Recruitment Development Manager, you will be instrumental to our success and enable us to scale and grow our US offices. Your role will involve working within the wider People Operations team, to ensure that our consultants are provided the very best learning and development resources, to nurture their true potential.


*This individual can either have previous IT Learning and Development experience or have been a successful recruiter that is interested in a career transition to People Operations*

Role description

  • Working closely with the People Operations team and Sales Directors, to provide personalized training to every consultant- allowing them to be the most successful version of themselves
  • Analyzing sales KPI s to facilitate executive decision-making, developing reports and dashboards for managers to aid in Learning and Development
  • Engaging in both classroom and agile training with the consultants in teams, and 1 to 1, offering advice and feedback on all stages of the recruitment life cycle
  • Tailoring learning and development practices, considering each consultant as an individual, giving each of them the best opportunity of being our next top biller!
  • Maintaining data integrity across HR platforms and tools (sales KPIs, personal data, storing)
  • Be a People Operations representative for our other teams; keeping them updated with People Operations practices and ensuring processes are understood and followed
  • Building relationships across all levels of management, while understanding and keeping record of any changes in team practice/structure
  • Be a master of tracking, re-organizing and storing People Operations documents and data
  • Manage all learning and development activities for those with under 6 months of experience (i.e Graduate Academies)
  • Working in a collaborative way with the Head of L&D to evolve the Academy program and content
