*** Our client is looking to hire a Program Director to join their team in the Springfield, MA area. Must have master's degree required. *****

Schedule: FT, must be flexible

• Provide individual supervision to Residential Supervisors and Lead Res Counselors.
• Hire, train, evaluate and supervise residential supervisors and staff.
• Participate in implementing and monitoring treatment plans; obtain feedback regarding plan effectiveness, compile information, data and present at appropriate meetings with suggestions when indicated.
• Works in collaboration with Program Nurse to assist with medical care, scheduling medical appointment, ensuring transportation is scheduled and all required documentation is completed.
• Works in collaboration with Program Director and clinical team regarding, coordinating treatment planning meetings and scheduling family visits; including ensuring that transportation is set up.
• Maintain the electronic program calendar with all client scheduled appointments.
• Participate in in-service training program.
• Provide On-call coverage as determined by Program Director.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field or equivalent direct experience of at least 3years.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
