Reports to: Retail & Education Manager

Training is an increasingly important lever for Puig to achieve the ambitions of growth for the next years. The International Trainer will contribute to the success of the Travel Retail Americas Business Unit by ensuring the teams in the TR stores are properly trained, coached, and that they have the capabilities to sell our products and to offer an excellent and consistent consumer experience. In this context, we are looking for an International Trainer to participate on strategy definition, content creation and implementation of the Education strategy in TR Americas by training, developing and coaching Puig dedicated staff through in-class sessions, on the shop floor sessions and remote sessions.

Key Functions & Responsibilities:

  • Build and implement the Fragrance and Make Up annual Education strategy in collaboration with the manager.

  • Deliver Trainings across the Americas region related to product knowledge, soft skills, sales techniques and brand histories and values.

  • Perform Live Coaching Sessions with staff on the shop floor or digitally

  • Manage the digital education app and ensure high engagement level from field teams.

  • Track the Education and the T&E budgets and report regularly to the manager.

  • Organize operational logistics of training sessions (training calendar, hotel bookings, update the training data base, etc.).

  • Communicate and liaise with Commercial teams to ensure the proper implementation of the training plan.

  • Motivate and support the staff to achieve successful results.

  • Collaborate on other administrative tasks requested by the role.

  • Track training results and share feedback with key internal stakeholders.

  • Convey Company values at all times.


  • 5 years of previous experience in beauty category (Fragrance & Make Up) as a trainer.

  • Ability to travel +50% of the time across the Americas region.

  • Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar discipline.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Portuguese will be considered a plus.

  • Make Up artist experience will be highly valued.
