2023 Co-Op, Conversational AI Bot Designer

The Role:

The Digital Experience team is currently building AI technology adjacent to our call center technology.  Part of the process requires converting intricate medical content into engaging conversational experiences.  Due to the high visibility of Moderna’s product offerings and medical content, it requires intensive legal reviews and medical citations. We need an individual with strong writing skills, focused attention to detail and the ability to see projects from start to finish through the legal review process and beyond.  This role provides a unique opportunity for individuals interested in learning about conversation design to begin building foundational skills needed like content management, matrix ownership and building stakeholder relationships.

Our co-op program dates are from January 9th, 2023 – June 16th, 2023. Candidates must be available for the entire duration of the program.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Maintaining database of medical content to be used in AI interfaces

• Preparing content and updating documents for and from legal review

• Attending design reviews and owning any content updates required from them

• Acquiring stakeholder approvals including product owners, legal and design team

• Engaging in QA testing to ensure that the final state of content is intact for users

• Change management as content becomes outdated and new products are released

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table:

• Data science, Linguistics, English writing or Project Management background

• Other areas of expertise or job titles may have been: editorial designer, content strategist, content librarian, CMS administrator or technical writer, copywriter

• Database management and strong grammar/writing skills; a legal or medical background is a plus

• You’re highly focused with an ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and personalities. You’re able to adjust well to change, you’re highly organized and changing objectives doesn’t throw you off your duties. No task is too small for you.
