JOB DESCRIPTION :
Performs semiskilled routine labor functions performing building and grounds maintenance, routine construction activities and related work as apparent or assigned.
Work is performed under the moderate supervision of the assigned supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience performing routine maintenance in City Facility activities such as, performing general building maintenance and repairs, such as painting, drywall.
