RMC Parts Counter Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with external and internal customers in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Process computer-generated orders.
• Keep orderly records of all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, and special-order parts.
• Answer phone calls and assist walk in customers, providing price quotes and other information.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
• Pull and fill orders from stock & creates special orders as needed.
• Follow up on back-ordered parts.

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience with auto parts sales is preferred, but we can train you.
• Go the extra mile to provide our customers with excellent customer service.
• Demonstrates ability to work well with others and be a team player.
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Good computer and internet skills.
