The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic sales environment and is happy speaking to clients throughout the majority of the day.

Compensation
Candidates have the ability to make $70,000 to $100,000+ in the first year. Compensation is based on performance with a base salary plus commission based on a number of qualified appointments and closings. Advancement and growth opportunities exist within the organization for the right candidate.
Compensation:
$80,000+ at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
This position is all about appointment setting/relationship building
Be aggressive in generating results with key decision-makers each day
Partner with real estate agents to set meetings with prospective home buyers and sellers to result in signed client contracts
Educating and guiding consumers on the local real estate market- Helping to guide prospecting home buyers and sellers on how to get started with buying or selling a home
