Campus Safety Coordinator

Reports to Co-Directors of AIM Institute for Learning &Research 

The role of Director of Instructional Coaching and Training includes: 

• Overall management of the AIM Literacy Facilitation Team creating a spirit of  collaboration, continuous learning and improvement, communication, and  personal growth and development 
• Development and Oversight of a Train-the-Trainer Program for School-based  Facilitators 
• Development, Training, and Implementation of Fidelity Tools in Collaboration with  other AIM Institute Directors 
• Development of Consulting Services for MTSS and Implementation Science as  needed in Collaboration with other AIM Institute Directors 
• This position entails creating a supportive and engaging environment for AIM  Facilitators with a focus on continuous learning and expansion of the knowledge of the research in the Science of Reading. This supportive and evidence-based  learning environment extends to all clients, both educators and administrators, to  expand their knowledge base for improved outcomes for all students. The role  requires supporting professionals to maximize student achievement and includes  supporting professionals' personal growth; establishing effective rapport with  clients; motivating professionals to develop skills, knowledge and attitudes  needed to provide foundational literacy skills for future academic achievement;  committing to keeping current with the research and best practices  

Essential responsibilities  

1. Supervision and Management of AIM Facilitation Team 
2. Recruiting and Training AIM Facilitators 
3. Development of Coaching and Training Materials and Tools including Train the  Trainer Materials 
4. Project Management for Client Implementation Meetings 
5. Data Management for Client Implementation Meetings – Teacher Knowledge  Data, Student Achievement where applicable in collaboration with AIM’s Director  of Research; Detailed Record Keeping of Client Data and Status 
6. Compilation and Training of Client Satisfaction Ratings 
7. Keeping Current with the Research 
8. Providing Information for Sales and Marketing Teams as needed – knowledge of  social media platforms 
9. Conference and Webinar Presentations 

10.Assisting with RFPs as needed 

11.Quarterly Board Reports and other reports as needed. 

Qualifications  

• All proper licensure, certifications 
• Master’s Degree or Doctorate required in education or related field 
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an administrative/supervisory position in     education or related field 
• In-depth knowledge of the Science of Reading and evidence-based practice in  the classroom setting 
• Instructional coaching experience in education 
• Knowledge of social media platforms a plus 
• PA clearances completed – Child Abuse, Criminal Background Check, FBI  Fingerprints 
• Compliance with PA Laws Act 153 and 168

Terms of Employment  

•   Full time position, 12-month position, available immediately 
•   Virtual position with required visits to AIM headquarters 
•   Some travel required
