The DC Trainer may be responsible for facilitation of classroom training and/or conduct on-the-job training (OJT) to distribution center employees. OJT may include but is not limited to, teach all aspects of distribution positions for all new hires, retrain and educate existing employees to improve processes and productivity, work with staff to enhance job knowledge and skills. Align training goals with company strategic plans and team distribution goals. This Position is also responsible for the training and retraining of all equipment operators. Prior forklift experience is required.
Basic Schedule
Sunday-Thursday from 8:00pm-4:30am
