The Workman School of Dental Medicine at High Point University is currently seeking a full-time Director of Operations, Executive Leadership Team. The successful candidate is expected to support and manage programmatic needs for the Executive Leadership Team at the SDMOH and the HPU Academic Oral Health Network. It is strongly preferred that the candidate have relevant program management experience (e.g., organization support, human resources, public administration, leadership development, learning sciences, communication, psychology, etc.). Strong preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees (e.g., MBA, MPA, MPH, MEd) and experience supporting broad programmatic development and implementation. The responsibilities of the position are expected to evolve as the WSDM continues to expand and requires a candidate with an adaptive and innovative mindset. The candidate will be expected to carry out the following duties, including but not limited to: Executive Operations & Administrative Support Coordinates faculty and personnel recruitment, interviews, and related activities Supports scheduling and documentation of applicable Executive Leadership Team meetings, follow-ups, and reporting Facilitates business and financial requests for the Executive Leadership Team upon request Provides administrative support for the Executive Leadership Team, when requested Serves as a liaison to HPU Human Resources to support effective transitions for learners, faculty, and personnel Academic Project Management Coordinates learner admissions/recruitment programs, interviews, and related activities Facilitates learner, academic faculty, and academic personnel onboarding programs and transitions at the SDMOH Develops and manages social media platforms for the CARE curriculum and the SDMOH Assists with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the CARE curriculum and the SDMOH Supports scheduling and documentation of applicable academic operations meetings, follow-ups, and reporting Clinical Project Management Coordinates clinical operations recruitment, interviews, and related activities Facilitates clinical faculty and clinical personnel onboarding programs and transitions for HPU Oral Health programs Develops and manages applicable HPU Oral Health projects and programs Assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the HPU Oral Health program Supports scheduling and documentation of applicable clinical operations meetings, follow-ups, and reporting ACCOUNTABILITY: The Dean of the School.
