Sales Representative - Vitamin Contract Manufacturer
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers via phone calls and emails.
- Communicate with existing and past customers to generate new leads.
- Make outgoing sales calls. Transition leads through the first point of contact to ultimate sale.
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Create strategic call plans to support sales activities.
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and requests for information.
- Manage new client and current client relationships.
- Provide superior customer service to increase sales opportunities.
- Maintain a CRM database of current and potential customers.
- Provide timely response to customer inquiries on product pricing, lead time, technical performance and/or order status.
- Work closely with various internal departments to fulfill clients needs.
- Establish positive working relationships with internal and external customers and employees.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Collaborative problem solving with multiple departments to resolve disputes and pending orders, and time delays.
- Understanding of sales and performance metrics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including relationship management, negotiation, and diplomacy; excellent judgment and integrity.
- Formal sales training preferred but not essential.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in high-volume production, organization, and task management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suites (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- CRM, ERP, B2B Sales Experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
