We are currently looking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist based in either headquartered location:
Broomfield, CO or White Plains, NY!As the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support enterprise media initiatives with a focus on biddable media (data activation & strategy, media platform strategy & optimizations, media reporting and measurement, etc.).
This person works as a key member of the Danone Center of Excellence team supporting the strategic development and activation setup of Danone paid media campaigns through partnering closely with our media agency & ad-tech partners.
Reporting to Media Connections Senior Manager.This person will have in-depth knowledge of biddable media including hands-on-keyboard experience within programmatic, search, social platforms, and/or streaming partners.
They foster cross-functional and agency collaboration to deliver proven strategic excellence, problem solve, innovative ideas, and best in class execution and measurement into each campaign.The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist is an 'experienced generalist' having knowledge of biddable strategy & buying, data and analytics, research, and the role of media - both now and with a view on the future.
They assist to build strategic vision for Danone media and work to integrate these goals into the broader business.In this role, you will be responsible for:
Biddable Media Strategy Stewardship (30%)Support & develop clear, informed point of view on enterprise media topics in partnership with key stakeholders to educate, inform, influence, and implement across Danone with the intent to evolve biddable media practices to drive business growthMedia Analytics and Insights (30%)Enhance decision-making capabilities through use and analysis of data from leading-edge technology, translating it into insights and trackable metrics for action (i.e.
Supply path optimization, media verification, frequency mgmt., bid-strategy analysis, quality score improvements, dashboard reporting & maintenance)Testing and Optimization (15%)Aid in the identification and development of digital test opportunities that yield actionable information to drive performance.
Testing areas span audience targeting, creative / messaging, formats, and data / technology, operationsAudience Centricity (15%)Leverage the existing ad tech stack such as DMP, DSP and other media partner audience capabilities to help define audience mix strategy and refine target audiences at scaleConnections & Media Measurement (10%)Support connections performance measurement toolkits, including Marketing Mix, Campaign Measurement (Sales-Lift Studies (DLX, IRI), Media Metrics, and Media Verification (IAS).Build RelationshipsFoster strong, collaborative relationships with brand, cross-functionals within Danone, agency team, and external partnersAbout You:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university3-5 years of biddable media planning/buying experience at brand or agencyStrong hands-on platform experience within digital, search (AdWords, Bing, SA360), programmatic (DV360, Trade Desk, Amazon), social platforms (Meta, Snapchat, Pinterest), and web analytic platforms (Google Analytics)Firm understanding and experience with data management, including platform integration (such as segment profiles, leads data, DSPs, DMPs, CRM).
Experience with tag management, test/optimization platforms, data visualization/dashboarding (Data Studio, PowerBI), analytics/BI toolsOther platforms / digital process improvement 'nice to haves' (project mgmt.
tools i.e.
Asana)Strong experience & ability to manage media budgets and support billing processUnderstanding of the media analytics ecosystem and evolving landscape and a clear point of view of how to categorize, measure, and analyze disparate data to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendationsAbility to build relationships across the organization; able to clearly articulate complex technologies and concepts to stakeholdersAbility to support and/or manage large projects autonomously across multiple stakeholders with a focus on being highly organized, detail-oriented and results drivenAbility to act fast and perform well under pressure with well-honored critical thinking skills.Strength in agility and ambiguityStrong presentation skillsThe base compensation range for this position is $75K-$85K commensurate with experience.
