TEMPORARY, FULL_TIME

Are you looking to find an excellent long term or even permanent opportunity? Are you great with customers and want to take inbound calls? Do you have a desire to grow with your next job? If so, please apply today! We are seeking multiple professional call center representatives to assist inbound callers with placing orders, answering general product and service questions. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ worth of call center experience, a positive attitude, a desire to stay with a company long term, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both verbal and written communication. shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
-Answering inbound calls from customers (both businesses and individuals)
-Provide excellent customer service over the phone to all customers
-Must be able to write professionally
-Must be able to pass a customer service writing sample. This writing sample features a customer complaint and grades based on complaint resolution, spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
-Assist customers with placing orders, verifying shipping location, process payments
