Secretary, Food Nutrition

Primary Purpose:

Assist with daily operation of Food Service office and provide clerical services to the Director of Food Service.
Qualifications:

Education/Certification:

High school diploma or GED

Special Knowledge/Skills:

Proficient keyboarding and file maintenance skills

Knowledge of correct English usage, grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Ability to develop spreadsheets, databases, and do word processing

Knowledge of basic accounting principles

Experience:

Three years secretarial experience, preferably in public education environment
