Our Onsite Staffing Coordinators work directly with our clients to recruit, act as a point of contact for the client and the temporary workers to ensure quality service is consistently delivered. In this role, the Onsite Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for 2 locations and must be able to comfortably commute to both. One location is in Edison, NJ and the other is in Newark, NJ.



Qualified candidates for the Partnership Coordinator position will:



  • Manage and coordinate temporary employees at a client location.

  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

  • Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.

  • Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.

  • Trouble shoot missing hours input payroll weekly.

  • Complete necessary pre-employment processes including reference checks and background/drug tests.

  • Act as the central point of contact for hiring managers and human resources to identify openings at the client location.

  • Handle the reporting aspects of any Workers Compensation related injuries promptly and coordinate with the WC Department in their investigation.

  • Evaluate staffing strategies and plans with management

  • Attend weekly onsite meetings with client and company management.

  • Manage contract employees while on assignment. Assess and investigate client related problems, and administer performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures when necessary.

  • Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.

  • Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices" and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.

Job Requirements



Qualified candidates for the Onsite Staffing Coordinator position must:



  • Bachelor's degree or relative recruiting/HR experience.

  • Be available to work before/after typical office hours as work may demand.

  • Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.

  • Ability to work and thrive in a fast paced environment

  • Detail oriented and organized

  • Team player and self-motivated (no need to be micromanaged)

  • Be familiar with Microsoft Word and MS Outlook (or similar email application)

  • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

  • Have reliable transportation to get to and from the work location.
