Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, to work alongside our Heart and Vascular Care team at Community Howard Regional Health in Kokomo, IN.
Highlights
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- No call or weekends
- Assist in the clinic, supervision of cardiac stress testing, and hospital rounding

Qualifications
- Cardiology experience is preferred
- Must have excellent communication, critical thinking, and planning skills
- Hard working, proactive, and a team player that is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
Licensure & Certifications
Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
