When you join our team, you will become involved in supporting or delivering some of the biggest and most complex machinery installation and relocation projects in the world. Our people are experts in a diverse range of industries including automotive, aerospace, infrastructure, print, packaging, FMCG, metals and many more.
Position
Main responsibilities
- Provides proactive support to the office in respect of creating flow charts, document creation, typing, formatting and editing documents using MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Answer front door, taking and passing on messages, scanning, and dealing with queries.
- Handle business travel and book travel arrangements.
Maintain office calendars
- Co-ordinate meetings, take minutes and arrange refreshments as necessary.
Provide general support to visitors
Requirements
Experience and qualifications required
- Proven admin or assistant experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exceptional in MS Office
