Project Manager - Contract Manufacturer of Dietary Supplements.
- Plan, schedule, and control project activities to fulfill objectives and satisfy project requirements while aligning with project strategy.
- Define project objectives, requirements, and assumptions necessary to structure a project or activity.
- Establish and manage timelines for delivering new projects.
- Create and manage a detailed project plan complete with dependencies, owners, and duration.
- Provide a regular status on progress, risks, and issues.
- Build partnerships both internally and with external vendors to establish a plan for delivering products and processes and to ensure projects are moving smoothly.
- Drive issues to resolution through partnerships and creative problem-solving.
- Work closely with multiple internal departments throughout the company, including Product Development, Operations, QA, Sales, and Research and Development.
- Problem Solving Use logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions.
- Understand and evaluate the end-to-end process and making recommendations on how it can be improved.
- Responsible for informing key partners on the progress of projects, risks, critical issues, and actionable steps.
- Build positive professional relationships with clients and associates.
- Facilitate and lead effective project meetings, and provide estimates to manage project workload and productivity.
- Bachelor s degree or higher.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning, and task delegation.
- Ability to be flexible, focused, organized, and prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively to meet compressed timelines as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often-changing environment.
- Effective written and oral communication skills in the English language.
- Strong organizational/analytical skills and attention to details.
- Experience with Project Management Tools (Asana, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Strong technical aptitude and displayed ability to grasp a general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated work ethic, integrity, and professional conduct.
- CAPM Certification required.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Google Sheets is a plus.
- Knowledge of cGMP is a plus.
- Knowledge of ERP systems a plus.
- PMP certification is a plus.
