Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8AM-5PM, 25 hours total

LMPHW HQ / Baptist Health Hospital
Top Tasks:
- Assess and counsel clients regarding nutrition needs
- Prepares training materials and instructs clients in nutrition principles, diet , food selection and economics
- Maintains records and files
- Prepares reports and correspondence, completes special projects
- Participates in clinic operations by interviewing and assessing the nutritional status of clients and certifies clients for participation in nutrition programs
Essential Functions:
