Qualifications: This position is well suited for a helpful, energetic person who can handle a balance of coaching with youth and adult rowers. The ideal candidate will have a positive, “can do” attitude and possess the following qualifications:
Coaching experience required. Minimum two years coaching at the college or high school level.
Experience coaching sweep and sculling.
Valid driver’s license. Trailer driving experience preferred.
First Aid/CPR and USOC SafeSport Certification. RIVERSPORT Foundation will provide upon hiring.
Must enthusiastically represent RIVERSPORT Foundation by displaying a positive attitude, high level of energy and commitment to quality throughout all aspects of the job.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Able to communicate effectively in a professional manner with co-workers, supervisors, subordinates, athletes, parents, and potential customers.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Interest in the expansion of Oklahoma City through the Oklahoma River and mission of the RIVERSPORT Foundation.
