Duties And Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coaches Trinity School Design Fellows, development of individual leadership plans, and ongoing leadership and planning with the leadership coaching cadre
- Supports curriculum development in the TSDN program and serves as a support system for the TSDN and CEL program as they align
- Serves as a liason to the university through regular meetings with the school's leadership as well as district leadership, as needed
- Serves on the school leadership program advisory committee and meets regularly with the other leadership coaches and program director
- Supports fellows in their ongoing educational leadership development.
- Supports the overall school development and transformation at the schools in which they coach, including shared planning for professional learning experiences that will involve the fellow.

- Specific and general instruction from supervisor, either verbally or in writing. Operates independently for most routine matters.
Required:
- Over 5 years as a school administrator.
Computer Software

Required
- Demonstrated ownership of work and evidence of initiative-taking in prior roles.
- Excellent technology skills, including proficiency with word processing, database management, spreadsheets, data visualization and
- communication technologies, including learning management systems and online instructional platforms.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and problem-solving skills.
- Evidence of strong communication skills, including excellent writing/editing/formatting abilities.
Education Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university.
Required
- Mid management cert.
