POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our growing Managed Service Provider team. This is an in-person position based in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. This full-time position will be our first line of defense, our local Windows guru, the one who our users come to trust. We're not just looking for another techie, we're looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with us. At its core, this position requires broad technical skills and experience working in Mac and Windows environments. This is a fast-paced role, responsible for assisting offices throughout the Lowcountry. This individual will be required to do both remote and on-site visitations with clients. This individual will report to our Desktop Support Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Experience supporting Windows computers, Servers and Microsoft products
Troubleshooting problems with supported applications
Troubleshooting problems with hardware
Setting up and maintaining managed services
Setup of new users and offboarding of old users.
Audio/Visual equipment setup and troubleshooting.
Surveillance Systems setup and troubleshooting.
Basic network troubleshooting.
Basic printer troubleshooting.
Managing G Suite products.
Managing Microsoft 365 products, Azure and Exchange
Managing our Carolina IT hosted VOIP systems.
And sooooo many more cool things!

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
2-3 years in an MSP IT support function, or equivalent experience required
Exceptional people, communication, and time management skills. (Politeness goes a long way at CIT)
Experience supporting Apple Products and MacOS preferred.
Experience supporting Microsoft 365 products required.
Experience using an MSP help desk support platform.
Technical certifications preferred (Apple, CompTIA, etc)

The final salary will be commensurate with experience
