Job Description: Recruiter Coordinator Responsibilities

Recruiter Coordinators are responsible for assisting in Fenom’s recruiting and Talent Acquisition methods and strategies. They are responsible for finding, attracting & coordinating to support hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet Fenom's workforce needs and goals.
Writing and posting job descriptions
Scheduling / coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring team
Ensure positive candidate experience:
Responsiveness
Answering questions
Managing expectations throughout process
Sharing feedback
Notification if we are not moving forward
Send out benefits and culture 1 pager to candidates
Conduct employment related research, explore new methods of sourcing, ad hoc TA support
Create candidate response templates
Work on employer branding initiatives
Taking on preliminary interviews as needed
