The Systems Trainer is responsible for designing, conducting, facilitating and evaluating all training curriculum and programs for all software systems used within the company, in support of the company’s needs.
Responsibilities:
- Partners with company’s key stake holders to assess and identify the systems/IT training needs of the company.
Utilizes various training methodologies and concepts to develop curriculum and facilitation methods (classroom-facilitated, webinar, workshop, etc.) that support maximum training effectiveness and current company workflows.
Conducts assessments and analysis on the success of training programs and provides recommendations for improvement to leadership accordingly.
Drives greater understanding and use of training programs, tools, and resources to ensure consistency across the company.
Identify subject matter experts from within the existing workforce to aid in training facilitation and presentation.
Provide input training budget needs while adhering to budget guidelines.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in multi-family property management is required.
Advanced proficiency in training methodologies, curriculum development, concepts, and practices.
Preferred knowledge and experience with Entrata and RealPage.
Ability to gain an in-depth understanding and analyze key business drivers, strategy goals, and challenges to effectively support the company’s initiatives.
Must be well organized and possess outstanding computer literacy skills to include proficiency with MS Word, Adobe, and the ability to learn various software programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communication, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Strong organizational, planning, attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
Must be willing and able to travel when needed.
