AuthoraCare Collective is currently seeking Medical Supply Clerk. This position is Full--Time, 8:00am- 5:00pm Days Monday - Friday. This position will work at both locations Greensboro and Burlington. Job Summary:
The Medical Supply Clerk has overall responsibility for the management of medical supply and DME under the direction of the Medical Supply Coordinator. This includes compliance with state and federal regulations, OSHA requirements, and supply management, verification of invoices, preparation of requisitions, restocking, organization, and tracking inventory distribution data. Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Patient Care of CNA Services. Requires travel for both campuses.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent- Required
- Associate of Applied Science Degree in Material Management
- Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Supply Chain Management Plus!
- Basic knowledge of supply management and operations, proficiency in accuracy of stocking, rotating, cleaning, organization of various supplies. Work in various web-based data systems, and cost analysis
- 1-2 years of related work experience in supply chain
Other:
Valid state-issued driver's license required. Must carry automobile liability insurance at limits required by agency. Must have own transportation.
