What You'll Be Doing:
At Family First Homecare, our teams are 100% focused on our patients and are dedicated to giving them the chance to live the quality life they deserve. As a nurse you will create meaningful one on one relationships with your patients, develop more autonomy and confidence with your skills, and follow the plan of care that is carefully created for each patient.
Some of the cases we are working on:
Case Humble, Tx- Young adult Lady with G-tube and TPN Central Line. Family Great to be around and easy to work with. (Mon, Tues 7a-7p, Thur 7p-7a)
Case Kingwood/Humble Angels I have Little guy who needs a day nurse on (Sat, Sun 7a-9p)(Gtube experience a plus)
Case have Great little dude in Humble,Tx with an Awesome Mom, who is also a caregiver ,who has open shifts (Trach/Vent) Sat & Sun 7a-3p
Case ESCORT NURSE in Crosby, TX - You will be escorting awesome little 4 y.o. guy to provide care before/during/after school - (Mon-Fri 7a-7p)

We provide industry-leading clinical training and continuing education programs tailored to your unique experience and skill level.
Requirements:
• Licensed as an LVN or RN
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
• Clear background screening
• Ability to read and communicate in English
